This tool implements the base RF-CL table only. It does not include the CACS-weighted refinement (CACS-CL), and per the guideline, individual upward adjustment may still be warranted for abnormal ECG/echocardiography findings or severe, non-tabulated risk factors (e.g. familial hypercholesterolaemia, significant CKD, peripheral artery disease, inflammatory disease). It does not estimate the likelihood of ANOCA/INOCA. For clinical decision-making, confirm against the original guideline figure.
